We feel very fortunate that we did, and we thank you for your help. You were very accommodating to our schedules, which was very appreciated. But most importantly, you made us both feel very comfortable in the whole home buying process by answering our numerous questions and numerous phone calls! (Sorry if you ever went over on your cell phone minutes!) Thank you for being real with us, at times that others probably would not have. When we moved out of state, we asked Megan to list and manage our home as a rental. This can be very stressful when it's your home that you put on the rental market and not just an investment property. Megan made the transition very easy and stress-free for us. Through her diligence she found the perfect tenants who kept our house in excellent condition and was always on time with rent payments.
When it came time to sell the house, we chose Megan because we were already enjoying her professional and excellent service. Selling a home from out-of-state can be very difficult. There are many issues that arise and need immediate attention. Being unable to come to Tampa to take care of them myself, I was confident in Megan's ability to handle them for me. And she did so promptly and kept me informed with all issues. Believe me, this kept the stress levels to a minimum. It was very comforting to know that our interests were in such good hands.

Folks, if you are shopping for an agent, look no further.
I will be upfront in informing anyone that I am an extremely demanding individual that gets what I want most of the time. Needless to say, Megan’s work was going to be cut out for her on this transaction.
Fast-forward: the search was on to find our new home. Night after long night, Megan searched feverously to provide us with options. She must have gone through several hundred listings to find the home that met our desires.
Hitting the road: riding around with us to evaluate a marathon of homes, she was so kind that she even entertained our toddler that was held hostage in his car seat for days on end (much to his disliking as parents know well) which turned her into a friend in my eyes, not just a realtor seeking a commission. Meg then surprised me with home made chocolates as a Christmas gift and hand-delivered them to my office! These actions go above and beyond the call of duty. This is only a small portion of why she made such a fine choice for our family to deal with. Her professionalism, courtesy, attention to detail, positive and pro-active attitude were exemplary.
She had always maintained a smile; which matches her shining personality.
Bottom line: When couples are stressed out looking for a new home, this makes all of the difference in the world and you will appreciate all that she does in the end as we do.
